Video Podcast Maker
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you request a demo, sign in with an invitation or use the studio, how it is used, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have.

Who we are and how to reach us
Video Podcast Maker is a private production workspace operated by Web Strategy Plus at videopodcastmaker.com. For any question about this policy, or a request to access, correct or delete your information, call 877-224-2048 or email contactus@webstrategyplus.com.
The studio is currently invitation-only: people join through a link we send, or through Google sign-in once their email address has been approved. Everyone else who asks is added to the early-access list.
What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address from Google sign-in, plus a unique account ID that ties your workspace to you.
- Show and episode details you type in — show name, host name, guest name, guest email, podcast title and URL, company, and any artwork or headshot you upload.
- Recordings and the media made from them — the audio or video file you upload, plus the timed transcript, captions, highlight selections, clips, cover art, music and exports your account produces.
- Demo and early-access requests — the name, email, podcast name, episodes-per-month and message you submit on the form.
- Marketing consent — a separate, optional, unticked box. If you tick it, we record the consent with its version and date. We never add you to marketing without it.
- Team invitations — the email address you invite and the access level you give them (editor or viewer).
- Billing records — Stripe handles your card and payment details. We keep your package, allowances and payment references; we do not see or store your card number.
- Usage records — which production steps ran for your account, their duration and AI request counts, so package limits and costs stay accurate.
How we use it
- To transcribe your recording with timestamps, so suggested highlights and captions line up with the original conversation.
- To draft editable content from that transcript and your verified show details: blog post, show notes, newsletter, guest email, social copy and avatar promo script.
- To render the videos you approve and keep finished exports in private storage.
- To apply your package’s limits, keep your saved work available, and bill for what you buy.
- To send the notices you asked for, such as the confirmation email after a demo request.
- To keep a record of your marketing consent so it can be honoured or withdrawn.
Who helps us run the studio
| Service | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Lovable Cloud | Hosts the workspace: sign-in, private file storage for recordings and exports, and your saved production records. |
| AssemblyAI | Receives the audio of a recording you upload and returns a timed transcript. |
| Lovable AI | Receives transcript and show text — plus your requests for cover art or music — to draft highlights, content packs, social copy and audio. |
| Shotstack | Receives the footage, captions and show assets for a render you approved, and returns the finished video. |
| Stripe | Runs checkout, subscription billing and the customer portal. |
| Our email provider (notify.videopodcastmaker.com) | Sends your demo confirmation and account notices. |
Each service is used only for the job described. None of them is given permission to market to you on our behalf, and no social network is connected to the studio at all.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- This website does not load third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
- The studio does not connect to LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram, does not post for you, and does not email your content pack to anyone. Planned posting dates are reminders inside your own workflow.
- Your recordings and exports stay in private storage tied to your account; they are not published to a public library.
How long we keep it
Your recording, transcript, drafts and exports stay in private storage while your account is open. There is no automatic expiry.
You can remove a recording and its clips from the studio when that recording has failed, is paused or is unfinished. For anything else — a finished episode, a single export, or your whole account — call 877-224-2048 or email contactus@webstrategyplus.com and we will delete it. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as accounting rules require.
How your work is protected
- Uploads and exports sit in private storage that is not publicly listed; links to individual files expire shortly after they are created.
- Every recording, clip and draft belongs to one account, and the server checks ownership and package entitlements before an action runs.
- Invited teammates see only what their access level allows, and you can remove them at any time. Only the account owner can upload, approve paid renders or buy packages.
- Client review links are unguessable and can be revoked.
- Administrative areas require a separate role check.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion.
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time — it does not affect your access to the studio.
- Remove teammates or revoke review links whenever you want.
- Copy or download your drafts and exports before asking us to delete them.
- Manage sign-in through your Google account settings.
Children
The studio is a business tool for adults and is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
