Terms of Service

Getting access

• The studio is currently invitation-only. Requesting a demo or early access registers your interest; it does not guarantee a place.
• Accounts are individual. Please do not share your login — add teammates through Team Access instead, with editor or viewer permissions.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Your content and your rights

• You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the transcripts, clips, covers and drafts your account produces.
• You confirm you have the right to upload each recording, including any consent your guests need, and that you hold the rights to any music, logos, photos or artwork you add.
• You give us a limited licence to process that material only to run your workspace: transcribe it, draft from it, render the exports you approve and keep your work saved.
• We do not take ownership of your content and we do not publish it for you.

Packages and allowances

Short exports are 60 seconds or less. Allowances do not roll over into the next period. Monthly packages renew until you cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately with a fresh allowance; cancelling keeps your access until the paid period ends.

Rendering, charges and billing

• Drafting, planning and saving a clip never starts a paid render. Billable video rendering begins only when you approve it after seeing a cost estimate.
• Short-export allowances come with your package. Full-episode and carousel exports are rendered by a third-party video service that charges by finished duration — roughly one credit per minute of video — and are billed separately from your package.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them from the customer portal.
• If something looks wrong — a charge, a failed render, an allowance — call 877-224-2048 or email contactus@webstrategyplus.com and we will review it with you.

AI-assisted drafts

• Highlight suggestions, content packs, social copy, cover art and music are drafts produced with AI from your transcript and the details you entered.
• We aim to ground every draft in your material and to leave out facts we do not have, but nothing replaces your own review.
• You decide what you publish, and you are responsible for checking it before use.

No automatic publishing

The studio does not connect to social networks, does not post, does not schedule posts with any platform, and does not email your content pack. Planned dates and social copy are prepared for you to post yourself.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload material that is unlawful, infringing or harmful, or recordings made without the participants’ consent.
• Do not try to bypass package limits, reach another account, scrape the service, or resell access.
• Do not use the studio to send unsolicited messages.

Availability and changes

The studio is provided “as is” while it runs as an invitation-only preview. Features, limits and prices may change; we will update this page and its date when they do.

We may pause or stop a feature, and we will not start a paid render you have not approved.

Ending your use

You can stop using the studio at any time and ask us to delete your recordings, drafts and account. We may suspend or close an account for abuse, non-payment, or to protect the service and other users.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the studio is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the studio will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
